The problem we're solving.
Japanese business hotels run on housekeeping contractors. 30–80 staff per property, paid per room, tracked on paper. At the end of the month, a manager takes 8–10 hours to manually calculate pay from hand-written logs.
That's the part we automated. But once we digitized the logs, we could also digitize inspections, tasks, keys, attendance, and everything else that used to live on whiteboards and in WhatsApp groups.
How we think
Three principles we never compromise on.
Data stays simple
Every feature in KireiOps exists because a hotel manager needed it. We don't add things because they're technically interesting.
Auditability first
Everything is traceable. Rate snapshots, key checkouts, inspection failures, manager overrides — all timestamped and logged. No disputes without evidence.
Staff dignity matters
Staff should be able to see exactly what they earned and why. Hidden pay calculations breed distrust. We show the math.
Built for Japan, expanding across Asia
Designed for how Japanese hotels actually work.
Domestic contractor workforces. Multi-floor properties. Monthly payroll by room type. Visa-dependent staff rosters. KireiOps fits this model because we built it specifically for it — not as an afterthought to a western hotel PMS.
