By creating an account or using KireiOps, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use KireiOps.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KireiOps, Inc.'s ("KireiOps") hotel operations management platform, available at kireiops.com and via the KireiOps mobile application. By creating an account or accessing the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. The service
KireiOps provides a software-as-a-service platform for managing hotel housekeeping operations, including cleaning log management, quality inspections, task automation, workforce management, and payroll calculation. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service with reasonable notice. We will not make changes that materially reduce the service's core functionality without 30 days' notice.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of the hotel company you represent.
4. Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. On cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you input into KireiOps. We process it solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to input staff personal data into KireiOps and that doing so complies with applicable employment and data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
6. Restrictions on use
You may not: (a) share your account with unauthorised parties; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from KireiOps; (c) use the service to store or transmit malicious content; (d) attempt to bypass security controls or access other tenants' data; (e) use automated scripts to bulk-extract data in a way that damages the service.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for material breach of these Terms, including non-payment, security violations, or prohibited use. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted, unless you request earlier deletion.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KireiOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid KireiOps in the 12 months preceding the claim.
KireiOps provides the service "as is." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that payroll calculations will be accepted by all tax authorities. You remain responsible for verifying payroll outputs before distributing them to staff.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Osaka Prefecture, Japan, except where prohibited by local consumer protection law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide 30 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of KireiOps after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
